EXCITING SAILADY BOOKS ABOUT AEROSPACE, MYSTERY, MURDER, ESPIONAGE, AND ENTANGLED RELATIONSHIPS

I am so excited to tell you about my new and republished books, which are being edited.  Look for these books to be out in December for a great price of $10.00 on Amazon:  Create Space.  Please write a review. Aerospace:  The Last Payload It is about Aerospace and tells you the inside skinny about NASA culture and secrets.  It is exciting being a cross between a James Bond movie and it reminds me of the new movie "Gravity", but more believable if you worked in the aerospace industry.  It has espionage, murder and romance taking you on a sailing adventure to Kennedy Space Center and The Bahamas.  It is about real experiment that flew on the Space Shuttle four times and survived the Columbia incident.  It was one on the last Space Shuttle flight.  This book was formerly published and was not edited.  I have bought the rights back and having it edited.   Aerospace:  The King's Payload This is the sequel to Aerospace:  The Last Payload.  It is about Aerospace and ta

Being an Author Presentation at Bimini, The Bahamas

Being an Author – Part 2 Bimini, Bahamas “I Have a Dream”:  Martin Luther King wrote this speech approximately one year before visiting Bimini.  I presented to the Louise Mc Donald High School.  I was in good company, if not alive but in spirit.  I had written a poem called "Follow Your Dreams", before I even knew I would be presenting to the same school as did Martin Luther King. The first time I landed on the shores of Bimini, I felt at home.  It is a quaint little island with friendly people.  The homes are modest and the people welcome you into the Bahamas with their smiles, hospitality, and easygoing manner.  I wanted to give back to the Bahamas.  Jon and I got on our bicycles and headed to the nearest school, which was the Louise McDonald High School.  A young student said to her group, but within our earshot, “Look at those white people, as if they have some children here”.    I turned and smiled, “No, but I am an author and I want to present, “

Follow Your Dreams

I had an incredible experience presenting to Sigsbee Charter School in Key West.  I presented to four groups: First Grade, 2nd and 3rd Grade, 4th and 5th Grade and Middle School  to 550 children.  The children were wonderful and such a joy.  One hundred children wrote me wonderful Thank You notes that warmed my heart.   It took me back to a time long ago when I was a child.  They interpreted 2 poems, "Large Foreheads" and "River of Dreams".  Each had a special meaning to them.   I wanted to write them Thank You notes but that would take me too much time so I wrote a poem about, "Follow Your Dreams".    I would like to share this poems with my friend and some of the pictures taken during the presentation.  Share this with all your children, grandchildren and ones you love. Follow Your Dreams Find a path in which to follow Taking you toward tomorrow   It may be crooked or may be straight But, have a dream that you relate With th

Nighty Night Sailboat Information

Nighty Night Sailboat series are about a little girl named Juni who lives on a sailboat.  Her adventures take her to many places that sailboats travel.  They are educational and fun for children to learn nautical terms and about life experiences.  They can travel through the books and enjoy the adventure of reading and sailing with Juni.  All books are now only $10.00.  Nighty Night Sailboat age group is targetted for 7 years old and younger.  Of course I gave a copy to a friend who is turning 65 years old this December.  LOL.... The other Nighty Night Sailboat series are targetted for children in the 4th and 5th grade, but can be read to children that are younger. Also I'm presenting to 550 children at the Sigsbee Charter School next Tuesday, February 12, 2013 on "Being an Author".  I am honored and so excited to share my experiences with all the children.

Nighty Night Sailboat Celebrates a Key West Birthday

What better way for Juni to spend her birthday than in the beautiful tropical Key West.  This adventure takes Juni to the significant tourist attractions.  Captain Daddy sails Nighty Night Sailboat from Marathon, Florida to most southernmost city in the United States, Key West, Florida.  It is a tale about the importance of friendship. It teaches nautical terms and what it is like to live on a boat. You can see Captain Lou from Boca Chica Marina on the Glass Bottom Bottom boat.   Captain Lou on the Glass Bottom Boat. Zaley and Juni learning to blow the Conch Shell. Also featured is my Granddaughter Zaley and Juni learning to blow a conch shell.  I bought one and now attempting to get a sound.  It is fun. Checkout the World Famous Dick the Dog, who lives at Boca Chica Marina and became friends with Juni. Juni with the famous Dick the Dog. This book is 50 pages and has 5 coloring pages in it, which is an improvement to all the Nighty Night Sailboat series
